Darren studied Graphic Design at the Auckland University of Technology. Since then he has become known for his sophisticated comics and storyboards used by various film companies and publications. His talent for storyboarding is instinctive. Darren helps his clients understand the mood and action of the story whether it's winged super heroes diving between tall buildings or steel workers stoking blast furnaces. He produces images with movement, clarity and imagination. Above all else Darren is a storyteller. He is film literate with a good understanding of layout, composition, sequential drawing and editing.
